Description:
Harpy Eagle is the largest and most powerful raptor in the world. It is a formidable predator that preys on at least 19 species of birds and mammals. If you get too close to a Harpy Eagle's nest, you may find it attacking you with talons as big as a grizzly's claws. These 13 cm long talons can crush the bones of monkeys, sloths, and other animals, killing them instantly as they are plucked from trees by this majestic bird.
