Where are you buying coins for your collection?

They send monthly e-catalog  - very rich and updated every month, with prices relatively affordable - and very fair.I had about 20 purchases , and I always got what I ordered ( once mistakenly I got coins I did not ask - I sent them back and got credit in following purchases for the postage I paid . . )

I've managed to gahter about 20 000pc type coin collection so far. Over last 10 years I've bought about 75% of my purchases from this swedish site www.tradera.com. Prices stay commonly low and there's lot's of quality stuff to bid on. One nice way to purchase stuff is to have an sales-announcement in a large second hand net store. People call to you and offer their coins to get rid of 'em.

Nowadays trading is very quiet, hard to find traders with new coins for my collection. I have a doubles list overfilled with coins, which I've started to sell of in net auctions to lighten the list on reasonable level.

un buon  consiglio che posso dare ai  nuovi collezionisti di monete di tutto il mondo. Non pensate solo ad acquistare monete utili alla vostra collezione.
Quando vi capitano buone occasioni comprate monete interessanti da mettere nella vostra lista dei doppi. Se avete acquistato bene è più utile che continuare a cercare monete costose o difficili da trovare. Poi le scambiate con gli altri collezionisti per avere le monete che vi mancano.
Ho costruito così la mia collezione. Ora ho il 94% delle monete circolanti coniate in tutto il mondo nel XX secolo. Ci sono tanti altri club oltre a Numista dove è possibile trovare collezionisti ben organizzati e onesti con cui scambiare le monete.

I'm buying coins from Slovenian dealers:http://www.nufira.si/shop/, http://www.kovanci.si/ and http://www.1oz.si/. They have acceptable prices and they offer coins right after they are issued. Some I buy on ebay too and some I swap. I'm interested mostly in bimetallic and silver coins.

I almost never buy coins, I find the coins in the circulating coins in Italy or when I go abroad, and I ask to any one i Know to take back coins from foreneir countries, when they visit them. I have to say that I collect circulable coins (that it coins minted to be used and that thus may be found circulating, the contrary for the of the coins specially minted for the colelctors) from the whole word, but minted in the two last centuries, that is with year greater or equal 1900.

I bought the FInnish Eurocent, and I found them from someone on ebay, sometime I buy few coins in the collectors market.

What kind of bulk lot's do you need? I can send for you a kilo of cheap finnish & swedish coins for 7 euros. Mediterranian and Russian coins I have a lot of too as bulk if use.

I usually use ebay but recently I found wery good web page www.e-coins.lv/en. I have quite large collection(more than 4000 different types) of world coins so buying lots on ebay is no more good for me. The good thing about e-coins.lv is that they offer large quantity of world coins for quite reasonable prices and discounts are also offered. Check section "Chest of coins" and you will found more than 5000 different coins!!! Even I have a quite large collections there is still many coins which I need.... :)

So far all is very good with this site wery friendly and most important I get all coins which I needed how they were described(from photos). Shipping also was fast and cheap for registered mail. 

Per esempio c'è una altra via veloce ed economica per acquistare monete. Comprarle da un collezionista che smette la sua collezione.

Sono vicino agli 80 anni e la salute non è più buona così ho deciso dopo tanti anni di vendere tutte le mie monete, collezione e doppi. Molte monete sono difficili da trovare e mancano anche ai collezionisti più avanzati. Vendo tutto insieme od in grossi lotti. Non vendo monete sciolte.
